If you have another TV check to see if it is working. If your other set is not working call for service. If your other set is working check to make sure a VCR or video game is not on. If you have been using a DVD to watch a movie your set my still be set to video input. If you have a converter box your TV must be on channel 3.

If you are watching NBC, CBS, or ABC and the audio does not match the program you are viewing the audio on your set is set to SAP instead of stereo or mono.
