Cable modem troubles:

If your cable light on your modem is green then your modem is connected to our router. If your cable light is green and you cannot connect to the internet you may need to reboot your computer. If the cable light is green and you have a router unplug the power cable from the back of your router and then plug it back in.

In the event that your cable light is flashing amber then you have lost signal to your modem. Make sure all connections are tight. If problem persists call for service.
